Boardroom AV & Video Conferencing That Just Works

Your boardroom is judged on the first call that matters. We design, install, and support meeting rooms for Microsoft Teams and Zoom, from small huddle spaces to full boardrooms. One tap to join, everyone can hear, everyone can see, and a Johannesburg team on hand when anything misbehaves.

Why Meeting Rooms Let You Down

Most boardroom problems aren’t the hardware’s fault. They just come from a room that was never designed for hybrid meetings.

The first ten minutes go on getting connected

Cables, adapters, and "can you see my screen?" before the meeting even starts. We choose setups based on needs, not one spec applied everywhere.

Remote attendees can't hear the room

One microphone at the head of the table, hard walls and aircon noise make half the room inaudible.

Only the person nearest the camera is visible

The wrong camera for the room's size leaves remote participants looking at an empty chair or missing parts of the bigger picture.

The equipment doesn't suit your platform

A room built for Zoom in a Teams business, or consumer gear that was never certified for either makes everyone's lives difficult.

It worked on install day, then drifted

Firmware goes stale, settings get changed, and nobody notices until a client call fails.

Nobody owns the problem

The AV installer has left, IT says it's AV, and the meeting is in five minutes.

We design the room around how your people actually meet, build it on certified hardware, and stay responsible for it afterwards. That means the camera, microphone and screen are chosen for the size of the room and the platform you use, tested on a live call before handover, and supported by the same team if something stops working. You deal with one partner from first walk-through to the first meeting held in the room.

Rooms Built For The Way You Meet

A cabling and boardroom quote should tell you exactly what happens between the first site walk and the day the team leaves. This is what sits inside every project we scope, in the order it actually happens.

By room type

  • Huddle rooms (2–6 people). An all-in-one video bar and display, sized for quick calls without booking the boardroom.
  • Meeting rooms (6–12 people). Wide-angle or tracking cameras, table or ceiling microphones and a touch controller to join in one tap.
  • Boardrooms (12+ people). Multi-camera setups with speaker tracking, ceiling microphone arrays, dual displays and acoustic treatment where it’s needed.
  • Training and town hall spaces. Presenter cameras, wireless microphones and audio that carries to the back of the room and to remote attendees.

By platform

  • Microsoft Teams Rooms. Certified hardware, set up and licensed correctly, joined to your Microsoft 365 tenant.
  • Zoom Rooms. Configured to your Zoom account, with room scheduling and controllers.
  • Bring your own device. Plug in or cast a laptop and run any platform through the room’s camera, microphones and screen.

What's included in every room

  • Camera, microphones, speakers and displays matched to the room’s size and shape
  • Touch controller or one-tap join from the calendar invite
  • Wireless screen sharing for guests and staff
  • Room booking panels at the door, linked to Outlook or Teams
  • Acoustic advice and treatment where echo or noise affects call quality
  • The infrastructure behind it: data points, power, cable management and network configuration, so the room is reliable, not just good-looking

After installation

  • Remote monitoring of room health and device status
  • Firmware and platform updates managed for you
  • Support through the ES service desk, with on-site callout when needed
  • User training for your staff and executive assistants

Proven On A Live Call Before We Leave, Everytime

A room isn’t finished when the screen switches on. It’s finished when a real meeting works.

Tested live

Every room is signed off on a real call over your own platform, with a remote participant checking sound and picture from every seat.

Certified hardware

We install equipment certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms, not consumer webcams and speakers.

Network ready

Wired connections, Wi-Fi coverage, and quality-of-service settings are checked so that video doesn’t stutter even when the office is busy.

Documented and Accountable

You get a handover pack with equipment lists, settings, warranties and support contacts. Our directors’ cell numbers are in their email signatures so you can reach the people who own the business.

What Actually Drives the setup cost

Two projects with the same headcount can price very differently once specifics are factored in. Two rooms of the same size can cost very differently. A fixed quote follows a site assessment.

01 Number and size of rooms

02 Platform: Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms or bring-your-own-device

03 Camera and audio tier the room needs

04 Displays, booking panels and wireless presentation

05 Cabling, power and acoustic work required

06 Ongoing monitoring and support option

Who This Is For

Businesses upgrading boardrooms and meeting rooms for hybrid work, fitting out a new office, or standardising rooms across floors or branches. It also suits companies with rooms that "sort of work" and need fixing, not replacing.

It isn't a fit for one-off equipment purchases with no installation, or for event and stage AV hire.

How it works

1
Room Assessment
We visit, measure the room, check acoustics, network and power, and learn how your team meets.
2
Design and quote
You get a room design with the equipment, layout and a fixed price.
3
Install
We install, cable and configure everything, usually outside office hours.
4
Live call test
We sign the room off on a real call over your platform, then train your users.
5
Ongoing support
We monitor, update and support the room so it keeps working.

frequently asked questions

Will the boardroom system work with Teams or Zoom straight away?

Every boardroom camera, mic and screen is configured against your actual meeting platform and tested with a real call before we leave site, not just switched on and left.

Often, yes. We assess what you have and reuse what’s still sound. Many problems come from audio placement, settings or the network rather than the hardware.

Yes. Most certified room systems can join the other platform’s meetings, and we set this up during installation.

Yes. We install and certify structured cabling as part of a room project or a full office fit-out. See Structured Cabling.
