1) Who we are

Executive Solutions (Pty) Ltd, is a managed services provider (MSP), delivering technology support, infrastructure and security services to businesses of all sizes. The needs of our target market include fast and reliable response to problems, quality of service and affordability. We provide a clear, no nonsense approach to the development and support of all IT systems.

2) Scope

This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, secure and retain personal information when you:

  • visit ES.co.za or our subdomains;

  • enquire about or purchase our services;

  • sign up to newsletters, webinars or downloads;

  • interact with our adverts (e.g., Google, Meta, X, TikTok, Taboola, YouTube) or analytics tools;

We process personal information in accordance with South Africa’s POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act), and, where applicable, the CPA (Consumer Protection Act), ECTA (Electronic Communications and Transactions Act) and our PAIA obligations.

Depending on your interaction with us, we may process:

  • Business & billing: VAT/registration numbers, billing contact, invoices, payment confirmations (note: card data is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor; we do not store full card numbers).

  • Website & device data: IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, timestamps, referral URLs, UTM parameters, approximate location, and cookie IDs.

  • Marketing preferences: channel opt-ins/opt-outs, campaign engagement.

  • Support content: queries, notes, call recordings (where disclosed), attachments.

  • Recruitment (if applicable): CVs, qualifications, references.

  • Supplier data: contact details, contracts, BEE/Tax documents.

We collect information directly from you, automatically via cookies/SDKs, and from third parties (lead partners, ad platforms, public sources) where lawful.

5) Why we use your information (POPIA lawful bases)

  • To provide services & support (contract or legitimate interests).

  • To respond to enquiries & quotes (consent/legitimate interests).

  • To bill and administer accounts (contract/legal obligation).

  • To improve our site, security & services (legitimate interests).

  • To run analytics & measure campaigns (consent/legitimate interests).

  • To send marketing (consent with easy opt-out; or existing customer legitimate interests, where appropriate).

  • To comply with law (legal obligation—tax, PAIA requests, court orders).

If we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time (see Section 11).

6) Cookies, pixels & similar tech

We do not sell personal information.

8) Cross-border transfers

Some operators store or process data outside South Africa. Where we transfer personal information cross-border, we use lawful transfer mechanisms and ensure recipients are subject to binding agreements offering adequate protection (POPIA s72).

9) Security

We use reasonable, appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information (access controls, encryption in transit where applicable, role-based access, training, logging). No method is 100% secure; we monitor and improve controls continuously.

10) Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purpose collected, plus any statutory retention (e.g., tax) or to establish/defend legal claims. After this, we securely delete or de-identify data.

11) Your rights (POPIA & PAIA)

You may have the right to:

  • Access your personal information.

  • Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data.

  • Delete (object to or request deletion) where no longer necessary or where consent is withdrawn and no other lawful basis applies.

  • Object to certain processing (including direct marketing).

  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on consent.

12) Marketing communications

We send newsletters and offers only with your consent or where permitted for existing customers. You can unsubscribe via the email footer or by contacting us. We respect Do Not Contact preferences.

Our services are intended for adults and business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us to remove it.

14) Third-party links

Our site may link to external sites. Those websites have their own privacy policies; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
